OUTGOING CAO MUBENDE DISTRICT RETIRES WHILE THE NEW CAO RECEIVES OFFICE.

The outgoing CAO Mubende district retires while the new CAO receives office.

The outgoing Chief Administrative Officer for Mubende district Mr.Tumusiime Leonard has today 25th March 2024 handed over office to the incoming CAO Mr.Ruhweeza Peter Nsungwa .

The outgoing CAO Mr. Tumusiime Leonard has handed over office following his mandatory retirement on 23rd March 2024

During the handover ceremony, Mr. Tumusiime applauded the technical, political, security ,partners and all stakeholders for the support rendered to him during his term of office thus reaching his retirement.

He reassured the incoming CAO that Mubende district team is a good one and will provide him with all the necessary support

He reminded the staff and the political team that there is need for team work because the ultimate goal is to serve the residents of mubende district. always strive to achieve the best for the district.

He added that All stake holders should play the cardinal role because each individual is crucial in supporting the goal of the institution.

The incoming CAO Mr. Ruhweeza Peter Nsungwa noted that all civil servants are supposed to serve all parts of the country

He appreciated and congratulated the out going CAO for successfully retiring in service

He further noted that the ultimate major goal is service delivery. scores and targets include accountability, transparency, submitting reports on time

He emphasizes on team work, self driven with respect for their jobs, committed to achieve targets on time, professionalism, accountability, effective service delivery.

DCAO Mr Mawa Geofery thanked out going CAO Mr. Tumusiime Leonard for creating the enabling environment for both the political and technical wing to execute their roles.

He welcomed the incoming CAO and assured him that mubende district is comfortable team that is willing to provide all the necessary support.

The district speaker Mr. Abuzirweki Richard applauded the Out going CAO Mr. Tumusiime Leonard for the advise rendered to him during his term of office.

lcv chairman Hon Muhereza Ntambi Micheal has thanked the out going CAO for successful and peacefully retiring for public service.

He has appreciated the out going CAO for the good work done to implement all the planned projects for the entire district. He has been a good chief supervisor to over see planned activities and projects.

He urged the political and technical team to remain united.
